Brand new upgrade - HP M552 fuser

CET has carried out a series of technical upgrades for the HP M552 fuser to solve the phenomenon of blackening and drying of grease after continuous printing, and greatly improve the service life of the fuser.

1. Optimize the design

Thermistor Design Upgrades

CET optimized the thermistor design, and adjusted the thickness of the polyimide tape wrapping the crystal from 0.04mm to 0.02mm, so as to cool down and protect the grease.


Upgrade Heater

CET improves the lubricity of the coating on the working surface of the heating plate by 200%, the surface roughness is <1.0um (Ra), the density is increased by 50%, and the thermal conductivity of the coating is increased.



2. Upgrade detection - high and low temperature test

CET uses 70g/80g/100g/120g paper respectively to conduct continuous printing tests for OEM and CET fusers. Under different humidity and temperature environments, the CET fuser performs well, and the fixation firmness is close to or even surpasses that of OEM.
