Important Notice From iColor

Dear customers,

We were advised by the chip manufacturers recently regarding the following issues,

1. The current upgrade from OEM printer manufacturers involves the following machines. Please inform the customers that after the printer is connected to the Internet, a dialog box will pop up, prompting the user whether to upgrade or not, please DO inform the customers to cancel the upgrade, and the compatible chip can be used properly.Otherwise the toner will not be accepted by the printer.
2. For the following machines, the printer firmware has been upgraded, compatible chips cannot be used, and original consumables are required.
3. The upgraded compatible chip is currently in the research and development stage, and the specific time to market is unknown. We will inform everyone of the latest progress as soon as possible.
